Sacred Woman, this is an Invitation…

I have been a witness to so many women’s sacred emergence, supporting them in connecting to their essence as they offer their medicine to the world. It is my greatest passion to connect you even deeper to your soul, soma, story and sacred stagey- the four pillars of embodied feminine leadership.

EMBODIED FEMININE LEADERSHIP IS A BALM FOR TROUBLED TIMES.

Your work in the world MATTERS and I am here to guide you into the resources available all around and within you to support you in profoundly transformative ways as you seek to grow your leadership, business, and creative vision.

Entering The Spiral

Embodied Feminine Leadership is a Spiral Dance-not a linear path.

As such, we enter at our own pace and follow our own rhythm,. As a mentor and guide, I assist you in entering the Spiral and attuning to your natural rhythm. I offer a free Discovery Call to support you in preparation for stepping into the Spiral of Embodied Feminine Leadership

The Four Pillars of Embodied Feminine Leadership

Soul

Feminine leadership begins with deep inner attunement and leading from authentic spiritual power rather than external authority. Through Soul we gain greater clarity around decisions, reduced second-guessing, stronger energetic boundaries, enhanced ability to hold space for others while staying grounded, and development of an authentic leadership voice. Through our relationship to soul, we become trusted spiritual leaders whose work emerges naturally from their dharma.

Story

Feminine leadership is transformed through personal narrative and meaning-making. The expression of your story is a source of authentic and connection. In the story pillar we explore your unconscious stories that may be blocking your authentic expression. By addressing these blocks we move into the development of your narrative as a means for communicating the transformative essence of your work. This creates a lasting body of work that inspires others for generations to come

Soma

Feminine leadership is embodied - accessing wisdom through the body's intelligence rather than just mind, not only reduces anxiety around visibility, it creates stronger presence in all aspects of our work. We develop a unique embodied teaching style, maintaining greater capacity to hold emotional space for clients. Our leadership is sustainable and our work doesn’t lead to burnout, we hold a greater ability to model embodied wisdom for others,

Shakti

Feminine leadership is fed by a force called Shakti. Shakti originates from a mysterious place all women have access to. We are conditioned to fear Shakti as it is pure life force energy and cannot be controlled. Many women are on a path to reclaim this energy and bring it deeper into their work. Shakti carries us into the areas we are blocked or resist the feminine and cultivating Shakti in our leadership work creates a clear channel for our creations to travel through into form.

RITUAL PRACTICE

As we work together, you will learn ritual practice that will support you in embodying your medicine. Although the specific ritual practice will be different for each person I work with, these three pillars will always be at the foundation of our ritual work.

Animist Orientation

You will learn how to orient your work to Anima- the living pulse of the earth. Orientating to the earth is a powerful skill for medicine women as it is the pathway to remembering our innate gifts and cultural way of being before Patriarchy and Colonization. Although it is innate, as beings cultured in the West, there is a lot of repair that needs to happen within our own soma in order to orient towards the sacred in all things. There may be grief, rage and confusion along the way. In our ritual practice we learn to love these experiences as we move deeper into relationship with the living world.

Somatic Sensing

You will learn somatic sensing skills. Opening up to sensations so that the Mystery can dance through your body and soul is how we transform from our small self into our fullest potential. Ritual practice the centres the soma is deeply healing and revealing because it keeps the ritual practice simple so that the body can speak spells for transformation into existence. We go into ritual practice with curiosity and listen to what emerges. What you feel is the magic. What is revealed is the medicine.

Creative Courage

You will be supported to create ritual practice that empowers your creativity as well as meet edges in sharing your creative work with the world. I see creativity as a way of meeting our greatest fears and finding the courage to move into new terrain in which every cell of our body is infused with the vibration of our deep trust in our innate goodness.

What would it take for us to reweave ourselves and our work back into the dream, into a story that is bigger than ourselves, into a reciprocal relationship with the living world?

What would it feel like to fall back in love with the land and the other-than-humans we share our lives with, to be in communication and kinship with them, to experience the tides, flows and cycles of our own nature again?

These are the questions that I am constantly guided by and helped me to form an animate world view that is at the root of the mentorship that I offer. I am in service to a shift in our culture and believe that as individuals we need to support one another to embody this new story.

We are each seeking our deepest belonging. It’s not my job to tell you what you need in order to live well. I don’t know your life story or path more than you do. It’s my job to hold space for the process to emerge, and to witness and acknowledge your desires as vital to your wellbeing. I will look out for patterns (energetic and habitual), reflect what I’m seeing, ask great questions to help you find your truth, and support you in unraveling what’s entangling you.

We are all inherently good. We are here to remove anything obscuring your brilliance, or your ability to see it. We are here to unhook you from comparison, criticism, and being liked. We are here to help you honor your unique brilliance, and be free to lead in your unique ways.

Our wild, embodied genius is needed. Our most authentic expression is such vital medicine to ourselves, to others but also the culture that we live within. I am here to affirm and create safe pathways for you to authentically express your genius, your embodiment, your stories, your truth.

Our embodied edge reveals the way. I don’t like to dictate what success or accomplishment in this work looks like. What feels true is that when we slow down to listen to our bodies we are letting our bodies move outside of our survival systems in order to experience other ways of knowing. It is from this place that the regenerative path forward emerges and we are able to find our way into the unknown.

“Jenny brought her full self to our experience together. I felt celebrated and safe. I felt the nourishment and support of nature, my own awe and reverence for it. To have the moments held, to be able to share how I see and feel myself to be is invaluable.

Meet your guide

Hi, my name is Jenny.

I have been working with medicine women for the last 5 years, collaborating in a deep exploration of their authentic expression through photography and film. I do this work because it was the medicine that I needed when I felt disconnected from my power.

Those who cary a great desire to leave a legacy, to heal generational trauma, to uplift and heal the collective, need to be held and seen.

Creating beauty that can be used to uplift and inspire others is esspecially rewarding as a creative. I am inspired and transformed by every woman that I have the pleasure to create with.

I receive the essence of their transmission/medicine and reflect that medicine back to them so that they can continue to feel uplifted and inspired by the presence of the divine that lives within them and feeds their work in the world.

I believe that creating art in the way that I do opens a channel to the Animate Earth and in doing so we all benefit from the stories that emerge within the layers of colour, shape, emotion, movement, and texture.

“Working with Jenny feels like moving across the great river marking life from death, waking from dreaming, or what we hilariously think we know from what we know we don’t know. The embodied, in-mother-nature experience of approaching the river of mystery, entering, being enveloped, swimming, dwelling, deepening, wandering, lingering, all the while moving and crossing, then surfacing, fully emerging, and stepping onto and resting on the other shore. This dynamic in itself, this process, is the sacred stuff.”
